This place suits me perfectly, offering free wi-fi, a bar lounge area, and air conditioning. On my first stay, staff helped return sim cards I left behind. I highly recommend it for a comfortable stay. I'm coming back for a city trip.

The location is fantastic, just a quick stroll through the parklands to the Queen Street Mall. Everything we needed was in our family room, even with our precious dog. The staff were lovely and always ready to help with anything we needed.

My kids wished for a microwave in the room.

The room was impeccably clean and fresh, with a lovely modern bathroom, made all the difference. The view from my balcony overlooking the park added a special touch to my experience.

It's nice base for sightseeing and exploring Brisbane. I have stayed in the standard queen room with a view and balcony. The location is central. Every time in Brisbane, I choose this place.

The bar and restaurant closing unexpectedly is frustrating!!! Cleaning the stained chairs and carpets would greatly enhance the experience!!! Communication about hotel features needs improvement, and better room furnishings should be prioritized!!!

Property was quirky and amazing, I appreciated the stay.

I came here for 2 nights and had a very relaxing stay. Everything was great, amiable staff, pleasant views of the park across the road. I had lovely coffee and tea in the morning. The room was reasonably large, with big bed and a shower, hair dryers and bath sheets in the bathroom.
